I think that changing my lifestyle can result in my productivity. For example if you are more organised in your life then you will manage your time better and become more productive for the things you are planning to do.

Also, if you make a priority list for the tasks you want to do on a daily basis, will help you achive your tasks and become more productive.

Another thing, if you get enough sleep and do exercise, even a simple exercise like daily walking will help getting a better fitness and improve the productivity of the person.

On the other side if you follow a different lifestyle, like not practicing sport, not having enough sleep, not organizing tasks and not setting priorities, then the productivity of the person will be affected in the negative way, and the person become more lazy and/or disorganised and therfore less productive.
